This study aims to demonstrate an association between seizure frequency with quality of lifes score on general epileptic patients in Dr. Moewardi hospital.

Methods: This study was an observational analytic cross-sectional approach conducted from July to August 2012 at Neurology Department of RSUD Dr. Moewardi. Seizure frequncey and quality of lifes score were analyzed with one-way ANOVA models by using SPSS 17.0 for Windows.

Results: There were 30 samples consisted 13 women and 17 men. Results showed the average of quality of lifes total score in high seizure frequency (59.564.71), medium seizure frequency (78.322.20), and seizure free (83.402.34). The result of the analysis by using one-way ANOVA/Kruskal Wallis showed a statistically significant relationship (p<0.05) for total score component and the other seven components.
